Throughout December our classes have been raising money for the charity CAFOD. Each class tried to do something different to raise their funds including; trying to break world records, undertaking ‘bush tucker trials’, making popcorn for a film afternoon and holding a WWII day. Proceeds from the events allowed each class to choose an item from CAFOD’s World Gifts catalogue which supports families and communities in developing countries. The children greatly enjoyed sharing their love and kindness to those in need this Christmas.
Over the past month, each class has participated in a fundraising activity in order to raise money for the charity CAFOD. Class 9 decided upon the theme of ‘Christmas Markets’ where they sold donated toys, food and drinks to other pupils. The day was a huge success and raised lots of money for the charity. Watch out for more footage of classes fundraising.
