Further Nonsense…

Back in 2010, pupils from Y5/6 created their own nonsense poetry after being inspired by the work of Dr. Seuss. Their videos (which can be found on this blog by searching ‘nonsense’) have inspired our current Y5/6 who have created some ‘nonsense’ poetry of their own…

 

First Performance is a Success

The Year 5/6 Choir, led by Mrs Summers and Mr Lee, performed with assurance and passion as they battled against the nerves to deliver a stunning performance at St. Mary’s RC Church, Manchester. Despite it being their public debut, the children rose to the occasion and surpassed expectations. A large congregation enjoyed the choir’s performance at the church, known as ‘The Hidden Gem’. The group have set themselves a high standard to live up to in the forthcoming performances. Well done all!
